We offer three high-quality printing methods: Screen Printing (ideal for bulk orders and vibrant designs), DTF (Direct to Film, perfect for complex designs and small orders), and Embroidery (great for a premium, professional look).
Our minimum order quantity varies by printing method: Screen Printing (24 pieces), DTF (1 piece), and Embroidery (1 piece). For larger quantities, we offer volume discounts.
Standard production time is 5-7 business days after design approval. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Large orders (500+ pieces) may require additional time.
We accept high-resolution PNG and JPG files. For best results, please provide artwork at actual size with at least 300 DPI resolution. We can help adjust your artwork if needed.
Yes! Our in-house design team can help create or modify designs for your project. Design services are charged separately and start at $50/hour.
We offer a curated selection of both basic and premium shirts from trusted brands like Port Authority, Gildan, Next Level, Bella Canvas, and American Apparel. Each brand is available in various styles and colors.
For best results, wash your shirts inside-out in cold water and tumble dry on low heat. Avoid using bleach or harsh detergents. For embroidered items, we recommend laying flat to dry.
We carefully inspect all orders before shipping. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Custom printed items cannot be returned unless defective.
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We offer both standard (5-7 business days) and express (2-3 business days) shipping options.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also log into your account on our website to view order status and tracking information.
