At Boring Tees Co, we want you to love your custom t-shirts! However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Custom Orders

  • Custom-designed or personalized t-shirts are non-returnable unless there is an error on our part (e.g., the design or product does not match what was approved by the customer via text, email, or verbal communication).

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@boringtees.co. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@boringtees.co so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized t-shirts (unless there is an error on our part)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Sale items or promotional products
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
