Yes, our minimum order for embroidery is 12 pieces per design. This helps offset the digitizing costs and ensures quality production.
Standard turnaround time is 10-14 business days after artwork approval and digitizing. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
We provide a digital proof and stitch count estimate before production. Physical samples can be produced for an additional fee, which will be credited to your final order.
We use industry-standard thread colors and can match most Pantone colors. We'll provide thread color recommendations based on your artwork.
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) work best for digitizing. Simple, clean artwork with minimal small details produces the best embroidery results.
